Trailblazer, the first female creative director at Dentsu, an advocate of Japanese Kawaii culture, and sake sommelier, Masako has several phrases depicting herself. After several years of AD-ventures in Vietnam and the Philippines, she is now back in Japan. Since then,
she has made up 95% of her team with Mom Creatives because she believes this would help change the Japanese way of working.

Masako’s works for TOYOTA, AC, Suntory, Thai Airways Int’l, Shizuoka Broad Casting, and Ginebra San Miguel have been recognized in many awards, including Cannes, Clio, Spikes, LIA, Adfest, and so on. She has judged for One Show, Clio, ADC, YoungGuns, Adfest, Cannes, Effies, MadStars, and many regional awards.

She has published books: “How to be a copywriter” in Japan and “Career Operation” in Korea. During the pandemic, she moved to a coastal area and took up surfing while enjoying the view of Mt. Fuji.

Jan is the Executive Creative Director of BBDO Beijing and a truly international creative with close to 19 years of working experience in Europe, the Middle East, China and southeast Asia. He has worked for some of the most awarded agencies in the world, including Jung von Matt, Serviceplan and DDB Berlin.

Jan’s work got awarded at all major international award shows and Jan is frequently invited to be a Judge at these shows himself – like the CLIO Awards, One Show China, Busan Mad Stars or Asia Pacific Adfest.

With over 20 years of experience on regional and local brands across various categories, Alfred's work is recognized for its creative excellence in major international award shows at the EFFIES, The One Show, D&AD, Cannes, Spikes Asia, Clios, LIA, ADFEST including the New York Festivals.

At McCann Worldgroup, Alfred heads up the first Public Sector Practice in Singapore, driving social impact and reshaping citizen behaviours. His contribution has helped consistently earn McCann Singapore Agency of the Year's honours yearly.

His passion for inspiring the next generations of creative minds has kept him engaged with several programs, including The Crowbar Awards and as an advisory member for institutions and universities.

HOR YEW PONG

With a degree in advertising and graphic design from RMIT in Australia, Yew Pong started his career in a design studio. He then went to work at top agencies like Saatchi & Saatchi, McCann Erickson, BBDO, Ogilvy and Leo Burnett.

During his 19 years in advertising, he has won over 100 regional and international awards at Cannes, The One Show, D&AD, Clio, LIA, NY Festivals, AdFest, Spikes and MADStars.

Yew Pong has also judged at London International Advertising Awards, Spikes Asia, New York Festivals, The One Show Asia and Malaysia’s own local advertising show, The Kancils.

Ranked the No.6 most-awarded creative director in The Directory Big Won Rankings in 2015, Yew Pong helped his agency achieve Creative Agency of the Year accolades at Kancils in 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2014.

In 2022, he helped his current agency, M&C Saatchi Malaysia, make the shortlist for Campaign Asia’s Creative Agency of the Year.

Fahmi has spent over 10 years in advertising, both on the client's side and in advertising agencies.

He has worked in agencies like DDB, TBWA on everything from tobacco to telco, beauty to finance.

Among the international awards he has won are Cannes Lion Gold and prestigious mentions at Clio Awards, Asia Pacific AdFest, Spikes Asia, London International Awards, Andy Awards, New York Festival, Busan Mad Stars, and Campaign Brief Asia The Work.

In 2013, his work was the most awarded print ad and poster for the Big Won rankings worldwide. In 2016, he repeated the same feat for the most awarded radio campaign.

The Work by Campaign Brief Asia also recognised him in the Top 10 creative hotlist in 2017 and 2018.
